Roger Mortis and Doug Bigelow are cops chasing crooks who are unstoppable because they're already dead. When their investigation leads them to the mysterious Dante Pharmaceuticals, someone murders Mortis -- but Bigelow and a coroner named Smythers discover the Resurrection Room, where the dead crooks have been brought back to life.
